2011 Holiday Caravan Charges

Our modern hire caravans have 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, sofabed in lounge, fire, colour TV with freeview, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking, fridge, microwave, and bathroom with shower.

Duvets and pillows are supplied – please bring sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.

Electricity and gas are included.

Weekly bookings only from Saturday to Saturday. Deposit £50 per week

All hire caravans are non-smoking.

We do allow dogs in selected caravans: One per caravan - £20.00 per week – please bring your dog’s bedding

Opening times of some facilities may vary depending on the time of the season.

All information correct at time of printing, however the Management reserve the right to alter any items herein without further notice or to alter facilities as circumstances dictate.

BOOKING AND HIRING CONDITIONS

1. Caravan holiday homes must not be occupied by more than 6 people.

2. The balance of the hire charge must be paid at least 28 days before the commencement of the hire.

3. In the event of a cancellation of a booking, the booking deposit is forfeit. Notice of cancellation must be sent to Golden Beach by registered or recorded delivery letter. Non-payment of the balance by the 28 day deadline will result in cancellation and booking deposit being forfeit.

4. All bookings are from 3 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival until 10 a.m. on the Saturday of departure.

5. Caravan holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition and the hirer is responsible for making good any breakages or other damage caused during the hirers occupation of the caravan holiday home.

6. Golden Beach Caravan Park accept no responsibility for loss or damage of the property belonging to the hirer or other users of the caravan holiday home and cannot accept liability for any loss or injury caused to the hirer or other users of the caravan holiday home occasioned by the negligence of the hirer or such other users of the park.

7. The hirer undertakes to observe the park rules as displayed inside the caravan holiday home.

8. The hirer is responsible for providing duvet covers, sheets and all other linen in the caravan holiday home.

9. All prices quoted by Golden Beach Caravan Park are inclusive of V.A.T. at the rate in force at the time of publication. The right is reserved to vary the inclusive cost should the tax rate alter.

10. In the event of a cancellation after the balance of a hire has been paid no refund of the balance can be paid unless the caravan holiday home is re-let.

11. No single sex or teenage parties.

12. Only one car + one trailer or two cars to each static caravan.
